LMAB 2 August - evening

After a coma-like nap which was well needed I went off to Metz with Sarah and my dad. My goodness, it was so warm. We had a look at the train station, the beautiful library located there and the buildings surrounding this venue. My dad had a successfull day in shopping for clothes, I bought some French cosmetics and Sarah got quite some sigarettes for her mom. The latter is an expensive hobby, brr!

It was way too windy this evening so therefore the flight was cancelled. It seems from 22.00 till 06.00 there will be a 'code orange' within this area of France. So, heavy winds up to 100 km/h and thunderstorms. Let's hope the people at the camp side will manage to keep their tents down to earth! Nevertheless, a cozy get-together was arranged at the car park this evening. The food at the picnic was lovely once again, especially the cookies. The good company was even better! For now let's keep our fingers crossed for tomorrow, even though it doesn't look too good yet...
